hello

I value the belief that every human has the capacity to heal, and I’m humbled and grateful to join you as we navigate through life’s storms. You can expect to be met with respect, understanding and compassion in a casual atmosphere. My approach is founded on authenticity, warmth, and non-judgment. I treasure the relationship that I build with my clients and am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and work towards your goals.

What I enjoy the most in my work is supporting clients in sitting in the duality of both the awe and the beauty, and the hardships of life. We work together to find peace amidst it all. I view myself as a fellow traveler on the journey of healing. My goal is to walk with you through uncovering negative self-talk that fuels depression and anxiety, identifying and rewriting old messages that no longer suit you, and addressing the root issues that keep you stuck. We are equal participants in this journey, exploring the interconnected systems of what makes us who we are.

If you're ready to change your responses to stress and embrace a path of healing and empowerment, I'm here to provide a safe space and support you every step of the way. Come as you, this is the one place you get come and just be who and where you are – our authenticity is the first step on this journey together. Let's embark on this journey together towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
