Please complete the contact form on the website to get started. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to review your intentions for working together, answer questions, and see if we would be compatible. I’d be glad to offer referrals to colleagues if your needs are outside of my scope of practice.
Individual therapy services are offered both in-person and virtually.

You have the option to self-pay or to use health insurance. Currently, I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Optum/United/UMR, Cigna and Medicare. The self-pay rate for a 55 minute session is $125.
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Once we have verified your insurance (if applicable) and have scheduled our first session, you will receive a link to join a secure client portal. When you receive the email, please complete and submit the required forms before your first appointment. If these forms are not completed and submitted before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete this paperwork during your first session, taking time away from your appointment.
My office is located at 50 Leanni Way, C4 in Palm Coast. There is ample parking out front. I am in an office with other therapists. Please silence your phone to avoid disturbing the sessions in progress. Have a seat in the lobby and I’ll be out to greet you. If you prefer to meet virtually, you’ll be sent a telehealth invite using a HIPAA compliant telemedicine software.
This is completely based on individual circumstances and goals for therapy. Typically, the start of therapy is scheduled with more frequent sessions. For some, therapy may be a shorter process to achieve immediate and specific goals. For others, a longer therapy process may fit their needs.
Your time is set aside just for you. If you need to change your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. I understand that life emergencies or challenges may arise; however, there will be a charge of $50 for any missed appointment with less than 24 hours of notice. There will be a $50 charge for any no-show appointments.
